Sindi Zilwa
The second black South African woman to become a Chartered Accountant, Ms. Zilwa is currently Chief Executive Officer of Nkonki a firm of business consultants founded by her in 1993.
She lectured at the University of South Africa and University of Transkei postgraduate departments before establishing Nkonki. Ms. Zilwa has served on several international and statutory bodies and has served as a Director of numerous companies.
She has received a number of awards, among them Businesswoman of the Year in 1998 and Top Emerging Female-Owned Company on behalf of Nkonki in 2004
